Two new favorite recipes

ImageJosh had an amazing lettuce crop this year (read: we ate a LOT of salads). I tried to make different salad dressings and breads to go with all the salads we had/got to eat. My favorite combination was a salad with cherry tomatoes, homemade croutons, Easy Greek Herb Vinaigrette and homemade Focaccia bread. The salad dressing recipe is easy to follow and you can adjust the amount of herbs you include. The focaccia is very easy as noted in the recipe’s title: “The Easiest, Bestest Focaccia ever!” Other than the obvious grammar issues, the title is not hyperbole. It is easy and a crowd pleaser. My only tip is to leave some dressing aside so you can dip the bread in it. I may or may not have eaten bread and dressing for lunch several days after the dinner.
